CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Yes! We accept cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order.
To initiate the cancellation process, please send your cancellation request via email. Make sure to include your name and order number in the email.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping method you selected at checkout will begin. You can expect to receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time. This will help you keep track of your package as it makes its way to you.

We're excited to get your order to you! Here's what you can expect for delivery times:
Standard Shipping: shipped and delivered by 3-7 business days
Priority Shipping: shipped and delivered by 2-5 business days
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, we accept an exchange on any item in brand new condition.
Our Policy:
1. Exchange must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of body odors, or fragrance.
3. Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged (shown in product description).
